• 3 photographs of the worn part — top view, side view and end view
• A photograph with a ruler or coin for scale
• The press make, model and year if known
• The part number if visible on the part or in your parts manual
• Key dimensions you can measure — diameter, length, bore size
• The quantity you need
• Your required delivery date
