No drawing? No problem. Send us a photograph of the worn or damaged part with a coin or ruler for scale. We will reverse engineer it and quote accordingly.

Minimum order is 1 piece. We welcome single prototype pieces, emergency replacement parts and small trial orders as well as batch production. There is no MOQ penalty — we apply the same quality commitment whether the order is 1 piece or 500 pieces. An idle machine cannot wait for minimum order requirements.

Typical lead times for standard CNC turned and milled components are 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to factory gate in India. Air freight to UK or Germany adds 3 to 5 days. Sea freight adds 3 to 4 weeks but significantly reduces shipping cost for larger orders.

For emergency replacement parts we can often turn around simple components in 5 to 10 working days. Tell us your required delivery date when enquiring and we will confirm feasibility upfront.

Yes. ISO 9001 certified CNC machined parts from Bajrang Engineering Works typically cost 30 to 50 percent less than equivalent parts from UK, German or American suppliers. The saving comes from lower manufacturing overhead in India — not from lower quality. We use the same grades of steel, the same machining processes and the same quality controls as European manufacturers. Many of our UK and German customers use us as their regular supply partner precisely because the quality is equivalent and the cost saving is substantial.

Yes, absolutely. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share any drawings, designs or specifications. Your intellectual property is fully protected. We regularly work with buyers in UK, Germany and USA on confidential projects under NDA. Your drawings are never shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Yes. Bajrang Engineering Works holds ISO 9001:2015 certification — Certificate Number 140333/A/0001/UK/En — issued by URS (United Registrar of Systems), which is UKAS accredited (UKAS 0043) and an IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement member. The certificate was issued on 1 February 2025 and is valid until 31 January 2028. You can download the full certificate from our website.

On standard CNC turned and milled components we achieve tolerances to IT6. On ground components we achieve h6/f7 on external diameters and H6/H7 on internal bores. Surface finish Ra 0.4 micron achievable on precision ground parts. All dimensions verified using CMM, profile projectors, bore gauges, micrometers and precision gauging under ISO 9001:2015 certified processes.

We manufacture in: Mild steel (EN8, EN36, EN24, EN19, EN31), Stainless steel 304 and 316 including food-grade, Aluminium alloys, Brass, Phosphor bronze, Cast iron and all standard engineering materials. Material test certificates provided on request. We source materials only from approved, certified suppliers.

Yes. Material test certificates (mill certificates) confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties are available on request. We source all materials from approved suppliers with full traceability. This is particularly important for customers in UK, Germany and USA who require documentation for their own quality systems.

This is one of our most important capabilities. We specialise in manufacturing replacement parts for old, obsolete and discontinued machinery where the original OEM parts are no longer available. Send us a photograph of the worn part with basic dimensions, or send the physical worn part to our factory. We measure, engineer and manufacture an exact replacement. This applies to printing presses, agricultural machinery, packaging machines, wire and cable machinery, machine tools and all industrial equipment.

We manufacture replacement parts for all major printing press brands including Heidelberg, MAN Roland, KBA, Komori, Ryobi, Hamada, Mitsubishi, Akiyama and all other brands including older models where OEM parts are discontinued. Parts include impression cylinders, delivery rollers, shaft assemblies, gear trains, cam followers, brass nut blocks, timing pulleys and all precision machined components. We manufacture parts compatible with HORSCH, CLAAS, Case IH, John Deere, New Holland, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Kverneland and all major brands. Parts include drive shafts, PTO shafts, gearbox components, sprockets, hubs, rollers and flanges. We export to UK, Germany, Canada and Australia with full documentation.

We export to UK, Germany, USA, Canada and all of Europe with full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and material test certificates when required. Parts are packed in export-grade packaging to prevent transit damage. Shipment by air freight (3 to 5 days to UK/Germany) for urgent orders or sea freight for larger consignments. Full tracking provided on every shipment. We handle all export formalities from our end.

Yes. We manufacture to DIN standards for German buyers, BS standards for UK buyers, AGMA standards for US buyers and all other applicable international standards. For gear cutting we apply DIN quality classes. For threads we manufacture Metric, UNC, UNF, BSP, NPT and all standard thread forms. If your drawing specifies a standard — we follow it.
